Volvo XC40 Launch Concept

In 2018, Volvo Cars South Africa required a unique strategy to launch the XC40.
The Unexpectedly Me campaign challenged the perception of the brand; taking it from a car their parents used to drive to a car the millennial target market eagerly saw themselves in. 

Clever use of urban terrain, targeted messaging and interactive social media extensions gave the campaign legs beyond the planned media launch event.
